I wanted to thank you for the part you played in our acquiring an Avan Cruiser. We took it away for a few days recently to familiarise ourselves with it. All went well and we love it. As I had explained to you I like road trips and camping but Greg’s back meant that he didn’t enjoy camping, the bending involved, and the sleeping options and he has always expressed his reluctance to tow anything.

I thank you for taking the time to show him how quickly and easily you lowered the camper into something he would consider towing and then how quickly you could set it up again. Even when we said we were not going to buy anything you were prepared to spend time with us. Without that and your demonstration we would not have bought it.

We are heading off shortly for another, longer trip so thanks again.
