Unlike the many other family vans Golf has on offer, the Tourer, Grand Tourer and Grand Tourer eXtreme do not have canvas bed ends which offers greater security and insulation when setting up for extended periods.
The GTX range offers improved safety systems that provide peace of mind on the road, such as advanced braking systems, a robust chassis design, and the Alko off-road Enduro X suspension.
The GTX range is specifically designed to work completely off-grid. This is achieved by using Golfs unique one-piece roof design that allows for a large solar array, which is backed up by two high-capacity underfloor mounted lithium batteries. Along with the DC-DC charging system, onboard inverter and energy-efficient appliances. The GTX allows you to stay off grid without having to compromise on comfort.
