After a big travel day a rest day was needed. The kids made a beeline for the swimming pool, understandable as it was HOT and Humid….

We met a couple with an Avan that were from Victoria, they were singing the praises of the Houghton Air Conditioning…. We have to agree it is the only reason we can travel to these regions in this temperature, we can sleep and have a way to escape the heat during the day.

Later in the afternoon we took a quick walk down the waterfront to stretch the legs. Plans are made for the next day being new years eve.
