Often, we all tend to get stuck in the day in and day out motions. Business these days is a lot different to what it was 25 years ago, 15 years ago, hell even 12 months ago. There is so much to learn, from Marketing, Social Media, Customer Service, but the biggest lesson learnt is Growth!!!
We’re all learning and trying to keep up with the Millennials or ‘SKIs’ (couples who are Spending the Kids Inheritance) in an industry which is ‘normally’ associated with the terms ‘Grey Nomads’, ‘Geriatric Gypsies’ & The Lucky Buggers so it has become apparent at Cruise Oz that this is no longer the case!! A new breed of travelers are on the road…. And we need to keep up!!
These young families and couples who are ‘SKIs are giving the oldies a run for their money…. So we decided to look at who we were, what we needed to do to give ourselves a fresh start… Something to help us keep up with the times. With fresh faces in our Service, Customer Service and Sales departments this has brought new energy into Cruise Oz. So we thought that it was time for our headquarters to represent our fresh new vibrant energised team.
So… we dug deep and realised that our headquarters weren’t representing this ‘new blood’ within our business or representing to the likes of our new line of customers. It was time for a face lift!!!!
Out with the old and in with the NEW. We gutted our headquarters and gave it a facelift….. Paint, Flooring, Furniture, Exterior Cosmetics we did it all.
