Today we left Gin Gin rest Stop early to get another jump on the KM’s heading North.

There isn’t many rest stops or overtaking lanes on the Bruce highway and to be honest it is a very ordinary “ROAD”

We made a Quick stop at HJ’s in Rocky for frozen drinks and we were off again.

Lunch was at a rest stop and a decision to head to Lake Proserpine and start to slow the trip down.

What a gem of a place to stay, it is windy though. So you need to position your van right.

If you are in this area, I highly recommend you check this place out. Plenty of room and fire rings all around.
